This ensures the user interface is fully responsive and adjusts seamlessly to different screen sizes, providing a consistent and optimal experience for learners on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

Videos are not hosted directly on our servers. Instructors must embed videos from professional platforms like YouTube or Vimeo. This strategy offloads the significant server load and bandwidth requirements of video streaming to dedicated services, ensuring a smooth playback experience for learners. Other content types like PDFs and images can be uploaded directly to the platform, and the system provides a built-in viewer for easy access.

When a learner passes the final summative assessment for a fully paid course, a background task is automatically triggered. This task generates a unique PDF certificate by populating a template with the learner's name, course details, and a unique certificate ID. The certificate is then stored in the learner's account, allowing them to view and download it from their dashboard at any time.

The system supports two main payment models: Prepaid and Postpaid. For Prepaid, learners can pay immediately via a payment gateway API (e.g., for Mobile Money) or a manual cash payment that an admin can later mark as "Paid." For Postpaid, the learner gets access to the course with a "pending payment" status, with the expectation of paying later for their certificate. Additionally, an admin can enroll multiple users at once by uploading a CSV file to facilitate group enrollments.
