What you'll learn

For final-year and recent university and TVET students in Rwanda, Origin Academy’s Employment Readiness Program bridges the gap between classroom learning and career success
poverty-action.
.Through interactive workshops and mentorship, this program transforms your mindset and abilities so you become a confident, job-ready graduate. You’ll master skills like communication and problem-solving and gain the positive, professional attitude employers value.

Rwandan training initiatives have shown this approach works: one evaluation found graduates from work-readiness programs were significantly more likely to be employed, with “significant gains in work readiness skills”.
Many participants land jobs or even start their own ventures after completing training.

The curriculum covers key areas including:
Soft Skills & Communication: Build teamwork, leadership and personal initiative through practical exercises (as seen in Rwanda’s youth training programs).

Digital Literacy & Entrepreneurship: Master essential computer and digital tools and entrepreneurial thinking to thrive in Rwanda’s growing economy.

Career Planning & Workplace Readiness: Get practical guidance on CV writing, interviews, and workplace etiquette so you walk into any job interview prepared.

Join Origin Academy’s supportive community and unlock your potential. Take control of your future – register now to start your journey toward becoming a confident, career-ready graduate, or reach out to learn more.
